1. Agreement

These terms will govern use of the MarketBridge web application and Chrome extension by the account holder.

2. Subscription and billing

The Founding Agent plan is billed monthly at $37 after a free trial that ends at whichever comes first: 7 days or 10 unique listings processed. Subscriptions renew until canceled.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you post to.

4. Device activations

Each subscription permits up to 2 activated browsers. Activations may be revoked by the account holder at any time.

MarketBridge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow or Meta.
