Posting Your First Listing

1. Use Chrome on a computer, with the MarketBridge extension installed and your browser connected.
2. Make sure your free trial or subscription is active (check Billing & Access).
3. Sign in to Facebook in the same browser — Marketplace publishing uses your Facebook account.

1. Open the property you want to market on Zillow.
2. Click the “Post to Marketplace” button that MarketBridge adds to the page.
3. MarketBridge captures the listing details and photos and prepares the Marketplace listing.
4. Review everything — price, description, photos and listing attribution — before publishing.
5. Publish the listing yourself on Facebook Marketplace.

MarketBridge prepares the listing; it never publishes for you. You are responsible for checking accuracy, authorization, advertising and fair-housing compliance, and any MLS, brokerage, Zillow/source-site or Facebook Marketplace rules that apply to you.

Preparing the same property again during your trial does not use another one of your 10 trial listings — only unique properties count.
